After having retired from practicing therapy for 25 years, Jessica received her Master's degree in Accounting in 2013. Jessica handles insurance claims and insurance contracts, and is responsible for all patient accounts. Jessica manages the practice website, the Facebook page, the Twitter feed, and our Blog. If you have any suggestions, she would gladly receive them. She is also the Personnel Manager and Risk Management Supervisor for the practice. Jessica loves traveling, food, yarn, sparkly things, movies, anime, and more yarn. Her two children are the light of her life.
Jill is our New Patients/Intake Coordinator. Jill will take good care of you when you call to request psychological testing or psychotherapy services. Jill will contact your insurance to ensure we are in your network and connect you with the best therapist for your needs. Jill works hard to return your call/email within 2 business days and set you an appointment within 5 business days of your initial request. Insurance or no insurance, you will see a therapist as soon as possible.
Before she came to us, Jill taught 5th and 6th grades for 8 years. She raised four children and has three grandchildren. Jill teaches Sunday school for 4 year-olds and plays the flute in the church symphonic winds. Jill likes to read, do jigsaw puzzles, and garden. On breaks, you will often find Jill reading in the warm sunshine. Jill has been with our practice since 2010.
Jenny is our daytime front office receptionist. She comes to us with many years of experience, and we are lucky to have her on our staff. Jenny is warm and friendly, and she will always treat with you with respect and professionalism. Jenny has a heart for people, and you will see that come through when you greet her at the front window or speak with her on the phone.
Jenny and her husband enjoy their two children and all their various activities.
