Christian Psychological Associates now uses a patient portal, Patient Ally, for clients to fill out essential paperwork, request appointments, and pay bills online. The patient portal is HIPAA compliant and secure. Only you will have access to your patient portal.
Before your first appointment, you can fill out all your essential paperwork online. It is convenient and safe. All we need is your email and a phone number so we can send you a link to register. Patient Ally is our preferred method for filling out your paperwork. Your documents are automatically uploaded to your account at our office. We do not have to scan, then upload, then file the paper forms. Doing paperwork online also saves paper. Go to Documents in Patient Ally to fill out forms. They will be in pop-up style, so make sure you turn off your pop-blocker for Patient Ally.
Through the patient portal, you can see your provider's open appointment times and request the one you want. The staff will confirm the appointment or contact you if it is no longer available. You will get confirmation in your email and Patient Ally, your patient portal.
Patient Ally makes it easy and convenient to pay your bill online. You can see your balance in real time. Your payment gets applied directly to your account. An email is automatically sent to you to let you know that you have a balance on our account. To pay your bill online, login to your account on Patient Ally and select Bill Pay.
a. If you see a balance, you may pay it with your credit/debit card securely.
b. The payment will be applied directly to your account.
c. You will also be able to see your history of payments.
