Christian Psychological Associates now uses a patient portal, Patient Ally, for clients to request appointments and pay bills online. The patient portal is HIPAA compliant and secure. Only you will have access to your patient portal.
Through the patient portal, you can see your provider's open appointment times and request the one you want. Staff will confirm the appointment or contact you if it is no longer available. You will get confirmation in your email and Patient Ally, your patient portal.
Patient Ally makes it easy and convenient to pay your bill online. You can see your balance in real time. Your payment gets applied directly to your account. An email is automatically sent to you to let you know that you have a balance on our account. To pay your bill online, login to your account on Patient Ally and select Bill Pay.
a. If you see a balance, you may pay it with your credit/debit card securely.
b. The payment will be applied directly to your account.
c. You will also be able to see your history of payments.
